AEC Fintech team joins Gimar & Cie to strengthen the M&A Financial Services and Fintech division
The AEC Fintech team, composed of Stéphane Olmi, Adrien Choquet and Diane Périn, joins the teams of the M&A boutique Gimar & Cie, which becomes Gimar & Co. Objective: to strengthen its M&A advisory division in the financial services and fintech sectors and become first-class player in M&A advisory in this sector.
Gimar & Co is thus asserting itself as an M&A boutique specialising in advising and supporting financial institutions, Fintech entrepreneurs, players in the Technology Media Telecom (TMT) and strategic industries (nuclear, energy, defence, etc.) sectors. Its mission is to support its clients in the following operations: M&A consulting, fund raising (Equity and/or Debt) and financial strategy (strategic partnerships, value optimization, build-ups, …).
This union combines the experience of Gimar & Cie, a recognized M&A advisor to major economic players for more than 20 years, with the expertise of the AEC Fintech team in M&A transactions and fund raising in the financial services sector and Fintech. Together, the teams have, for example, the best track-record of transactions in life insurance with 8 advised transactions.
