Gimar & Co is an elite, independent investment bank rooted in the tradition of Parisian Haute Finance. Founded in 1999 by Christian Giacomotto (art collector, former President of Groupe CIC, and a longstanding partner of the Louvre and the Louvre Abu Dhabi), we bring to every mandate the same instinct that distinguishes a great collector: the capacity to recognize value that others have not yet seen.
Today, the firm is led by Stéphane Olmi, who shaped the earliest transactions of LVMH alongside Bernard Arnault and later served at Lazard, and François Barthélémy, former asset manager CEO and blockchain entrepreneur. We do not run processes. We compose each mandate from scratch: around the client, around the moment, around the desired outcome.
