Groupe REEL, an independent international industrial group, has taken over CNIM’s Industrial Systems business, as part of CNIM Groupe’s insolvency proceedings. CNIM Industrial Systems is active in the fields of defense, nuclear and industry.
Gimar & Co has acted as financial advisor to Groupe REEL in this acquisition.
