Vincent has over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, gained in Paris and London within several investment and corporate banks as well as M&A boutiques. Before joining Gimar&Co, Vincent served as an Executive Director at Amala Partners, after holding the position of Director at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.
Throughout his career, he has advised corporates and large and mid-cap investment funds on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, special situations and equity capital markets operations. He has worked across various sectors, including B2B services, technology, industry and consumer goods.
Since 2024, he has also served as CFO of MyUnisoft, a software platform dedicated to accounting firms and small businesses.
Vincent holds a Master’s degree from HEC Paris.
