Gimar & Co, in its newly established set-up, is honored to have played a pivotal role in advising on the strategic sale of ALIQUIS Conseil, a French “CGP”. This transaction involved the transfer of ownership from Groupe APICIL to Cyrus Herez.
The sale was successfully concluded following a swift and highly competitive process lasting just four months. During this period, numerous potential buyers expressed significant interest, demonstrating the strong market position and value of ALIQUIS Conseil.
“We would like to thank Groupe APICIL for their longstanding trust. Gimar & Co has stood by APICIL’s side since their initial diversification into savings activities, a strategic move made well ahead of others in the industry. By recognizing and seizing opportunities to acquire life insurance companies, among others, APICIL has achieved remarkable growth, now boasting revenues that exceed €3.9 billion”
