Vinarom Vilaihongs has over 25 years’ experience as an executive and private equity investor.
Between 2019 and 2024, he co-founded and led LePont, one of the leaders in Data and AI education. At LePont, he notably led the buyout and restructuring of Micropole Learning Solutions and the fundraising from Groupe Amaury.
Previously, Vinarom was Associate Director at Amundi Private Equity Funds for over 10 years in France and Eastern Europe. He has been an investor and director in over twenty companies, from start-ups to ETIs, in a variety of sectors including software publishing, education, healthcare…
Vinarom began his career in M&A and acquisition financing at Citigroup before joining the LGV Capital fund, whose French team founded Cobalt Capital.
He is a graduate of EM Lyon and an HEC-certified coach.
