Léonard brings four years of experience in corporate finance, spanning a Parisian family office, the M&A team at PwC, and Gimar & Co. This trajectory gives him a dual perspective on transactions: one shaped by the investor’s lens, the other by the advisory side. Since joining Gimar & Co, he has worked across a range of small and mid-cap transactions alongside private equity funds and major corporate groups.
He has developed a specialism in TMT and FIG, with particular depth in wealth management, where his work has included consolidation transactions involving several of France’s leading groups in the sector.
Outside finance, Léonard has drawn and painted for twenty years, a discipline he pursued formally over four years at the Académie Sanguine in Bordeaux.
Léonard holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
