The SBE group, mainly active in after-sales services for electronic products, in particular smartphones, has been sold by the holding companies of the Besème family to Cordon Group. The sold businesses employ approximately 1200 people worldwide and enjoy a turnover in the order of €150M.
Gimar & Co has acted as financial advisor to the sellers.
