Vivien Mossely

Vivien joined Gimar & Co in 2025 as an Analyst, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and advisory mandates in the luxury and fashion sectors. He brings to transactions an understanding of brand, craft, and the creative-industrial logic of value alongside the financial rigour of M&A advisory.

He began his career at the Central Bank of the Congo, as its first foreign intern, contributing to a government initiative on the establishment of a sovereign wealth fund. He subsequently worked within the M&A teams of BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole CIB, where he advised across a range of transactions, including Series A and B fundraisings in the GreenTech sector, a take-private proposal for an electricity distribution company, and a large-scale infrastructure transaction.

Vivien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s in Financial Strategy from Audencia Business School.
